Spinach Cheese

A home-style Spinach Cheese made with Cream Cheese, Processed Cheese, Garlic Minced, Whipping Cream, and Butter. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 8 oz
• 4 oz
• 1 clove
• 1 cup
• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   Add garlic to spinach then cook according to spinach package directions.

   In a sauce pan add cream cheese, whipping cream, ground mustard, and butter.

   Using low heat melt all ingredients together while stirring.

   In a medium casserole dish stir together spinach, cream cheese mixture, eggs, salt and pepper, and bacon.

   Place it in a 350` oven for 30 minutes.

   After it's done, top it with the Velveeta.
