   1/2 cup butter, melted 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry 2 green onions, sliced 1 red bell pepper, diced 5 1/2 oz. cornbread mix 4 eggs, lightly beaten

   Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray.

   Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pour into crockpot.

   Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for 1 3/4 - 2 hours until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
