Steak 02

A home-style Steak 02 made with Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Honey, Garlic Salt, and Salad Oil. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Method (preview)

   Mix together ginger and vinegar. Then add soy, honey, garlic salt, onions and oil.

   Marinate steak 3-5 hours, turning every half hour.

   Cook over hot coals exactly 7 minutes on each side - can cook 2 minutes on each side then 5 minutes on each side.
