   Mix all ingredients and bake in preheated 350 degrees oven 30 minutes if using greased/floured 9 inch cake pans. if using a 9 by 13 inch pan 35 to 40 minutes.

   Mix and spread on cake. Cake is very moist. Keep in refrigerator.
