   Mix crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.

   Press mixture in Pyrex Baking Dish, 13" x 9" x 2" or 12" x 8" x 2".

   Bake at 400*F. for 10 minutes; cool.

   Beat 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip; add to cooled pretzel layer.

   Mix boiling water with Jell-O; add strawberries.

   Let stand 10 minutes; add to casserole.

   Chill 1 hour. Store in refrigerator. Serves 12 or more.
