   Preheat oven to 350.

   Pierce yams with a fork and place on baking sheet.

   Roast until tender about 1-1/4 hours.

   Let cool slightly, peel and place pulp in a bowl.

   Mash, stir in butter, sugar and zests.

   Mix eggs into the yams, transfer to a 3qt baking dish. Sprinkle on the pecans. Bake until heated through.
