Sweet Potato 08

A home-style Sweet Potato 08 made with Sweet Onion Such As Vidalia Chopped, Cream Cheese, Sugar, and Cider Vinegar. Add it to your meal plan and shop the whole list in one go.

Ingredients

• 2 tsp
• 1 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Cook the potatoes together until tender.

   Drain (reserve the water for next time you do soup!) and rinse with cold water.

   Add sweet onion and sweet pepper.

   Combine all.

   In another bowl mix together the softened cream cheese, the mayonaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper, and 1/2 the paprika.

   Mix into the vegetables and sprinkle the remainder of the paprika over the top.
