   Combine eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnoman, orange peel and milk.

   Add sweet potatoes, grated right before adding to milk mixture.

   Pour into pie shell; bake at 400 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
