Sweet Potato 13

Sweet Potato 13 comes together with Butter Softened, Cooked Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Evap Milk, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla. Save it, add the ingredients to your shopping list, and cook it tonight.

Ingredients

• 1 cup
• 3/4 cup
• 1 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 1/2 tsp

Method (preview)

   Whisk butter into mashed sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl, add beaten egg, then add next 8 ingred.

   Place into prepared pie shell and sprinkle nuts on top.

   Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted around edge of pir comes out clean.

   Pie will firm up as it cools.

   Serve warm or cool topped with freshly whipped cream (flavored with powdered sugar and your favorite liquer if desired).
