Taco Filling 03

This Taco Filling 03 recipe uses Cold Water, Sundried Tomato Bits, Dried Minced Onions, Garlic Powder, and Mild Chili Powder. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Mix together in a saucepan the water, tomato bits, onions, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, sugar, aminos and cornstarch.

   Stir until cornstarch dissolves.

   Then stir in TVP.

   Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; stir and simmer until it is of the desired consistency for tacos, about 2 to 5 minutes.

   Put into a taco shell; top with the usual.
