Tofu Cheesecake 05

Make Tofu Cheesecake 05 at home with Cinnamon, Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Vanilla. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp
• 1 cup
• 3 tbsp
• 3 tsp
• 8 tbsp

Method (preview)

   Put in mixing bwl and stir in syrup and extract until moistened.

   Press mixture evenly into bottom of 9" springform pan.

   Bake 5 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.

   Blend all in food processor until very smooth.

   Spread evenly over crust in pan and bake in 350 degree oven until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

   Cool on rack.

   Refrigerate and chill until firm.

   Place on large plate, run knife around edge of pan, and then release sides of springform pan. Store in refrigerator (duh!:) )
