Tomato Ketchup 09

A home-style Tomato Ketchup 09 made with Onion, White Vinegar, Ground Celery Seeds, Ground Black Pepper, and Cinnamon. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 3 cup
• 1/3 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 2 tsp
• 1/4 tsp

Method (preview)

   Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour.

   Bring the mixture back to a boil and reduce to simmer and cook until very thick, stirring occasionally, about 45- 60 mins.

   Allow ketchup to cool.
