Tortilla Soup 07

Tortilla Soup 07 is a soups recipe made with Garlic Minced, Rotel Tomatoes With Chiles, Worcestershire Sauce, Chile Powder, and Celery Salt. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 2 clove
• 1 can
• 1 tbsp
• 2 tsp
• 1 tsp
• 1/2 tsp
• 2 tbsp
• 2 cup

Method (preview)

   1 Tbsp menudo spice mix juice of 2 limes

   In 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, saute' the onion, pepper, celery, and garlic.

   Empty into a Stock Pot.

   In same frying pan saute' the chicken.

   Add to the pot.

   Add ingredients 6 thru 16.

   Mix, cover and simmer a minimum of 20 minutes, stirring several times.

   To serve put a large handfull of tortilla strips into each bowl.

   Add soup; top with the grated cheese.

    Garnish with the fresh Cilantro, Cold Tecate and Lime wedges.
