A home-style Treacle Tart 08 made with Flour, Salt, Superfine Sugar, Ice Water, and Lemon Juice. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Prepare the pastry as for pie crust and chill for 30 minutes.

   Mix the oats, zest, and ginger, and sprinkle half in the pastry.

   Pour on the syrup and lemon juice and sprinkle rest of oat mixture on top.
