- 1.0 cup Chocolate Chips
- 0.3333 cup Butter Or Margarine
- 1.0 cup Sugar

Beat together in mixing bowl sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt.

Then add the melted chocolate mixture to this and chill dough 3 hours.
Form into balls and bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. Roll in powdered sugar after baking.
