Tuna Cakes is built on Bread Crumbs, Lemon Or Lime Juice, and Cayenne Pepper. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

   Mix ingredients until they hold together, but not too dry or too mushy.

   If too moist add more bread crumbs.

   Fry until golden. Goes well with french fries and cocktail sauce.
