Vinegar 02

Make Vinegar 02 at home with Butter, Sugar, White Vinegar, Flour, and Baking Soda. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1 1/2 cup
• 2 tbsp
• 3 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Cream butter and margarine. Add sugar and vinegar. Beat until fluffy.

   Sift flour and soda and add to mixture. Stir in nuts. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet using scant teaspoonful.

   Bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on opened, brown paper grocery bag to absorb some of the butter.
