• 2.0 lb Chuck Roast Prepared Mustard
• 1.0 Medium Onion
• 2.0 tsp Salt
• 1.0 tsp Pepper

Method (preview)

   Cut roast into cubes. Coat cubes with mustard. Brown on all sides in a small amount of shortening, in cast iron skillet over low heat. Add onion, salt, pepper and 2 cups water. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour longer.
