• 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 2.0 tsp Caster Sugar

   For the dough, place the flour, salt and sugar into a large bowl and stir to combine.

   Crumble the yeast into a small bowl and add four tablespoons of the water. Whisk to combine and set aside for one minute.
