Artichoke Casserole

Artichoke Casserole is a home-style recipe made with Melted Butter, Pats Butter, Garlic, Large Artichoke Hearts, Salt, and Eggs. Serves 1.

• 1.0 stick Melted Butter
• 4.0 Pats Butter
• 3.0 clove Garlic
• 2.0 Large Artichoke Hearts

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Beat together eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic cloves and artichoke hearts, remove from heat. Add egg mixture. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole, top with about 1/4-inch of bread crumbs and evenly space 4 pats of butter over top of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 40 minutes.
