- 8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 4.0 oz Mushrooms Sliced

Mix together all ingredients, except 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Spread in a

8x11-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake at 350F
for about 30 minutes. Serve it with Ritz crackers.
