   MASH 3 avocados with 2 tablespoons lime juice in a large bowl. Chop remaining avocado, and toss with remaining 1 tablespoon lime juice.

   STIR sour cream and next 4 ingredients into mashed avocado mixture until well blended. Stir in coleslaw mix; add chopped avocado mixture, onion, and bell pepper, and toss gently. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
