- 1.0 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 3.0 cup Powdered Sugar
- 0.25 cup Butter

Melt chocolates with butter until chocolates are soft enough to stir

Add chocolate/butter mixture to powdered sugar and Baileys. Stir until
