• 1.0 jar Apricot Or Peach Preserves
• 0.25 cup Realemon Lemon Juice From Concentrate
• 2.0 tsp Soy Sauce
• 0.5 tsp Salt

   Preheat oven to 350* In shallow dish, combine preserves, ReaLemon, soy sauce and salt. Coat chicken with apricot mixture; roll in bread crumbs. Set aside remaining apricot mixture. In greased 13x9-inch baking dish, arrange chicken; drizzle with margarine. Bake, uncovered 1 hr. or until tender. Heat remaining apricot mixture; serve with chicken.
