• 5.0 lb Canned Ham
• 0.25 cup Apple Juice
• 1.0 cup Cognac
• 0.25 cup Corn Syrup

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix apple juice, cognac, corn syrup, brown sugar and mustard together and brush on ham after studding with cloves. Bake for 1 hour basting frequently with above mixture.

   Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
