   Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and set aside.

   Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to dry mixture.

   Coat miniature- muffin pans with cooking spray. Spoon 1 tablespoon batter into each cup. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
