   Cook potatoes.

   Peel and slice 1/4" thick.

   Peel and slice bananas.

   Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, bananas, crumbs and raisins in casserole.

   Dot layers with butter.

   Boil together orange juice, water and sugar.

   Pour over layers.

   Bake covered in a hot oven 400 degrees F for 25 minutes.

   Uncover and allow to brown.
