Banana Nut Cake (CP)

Banana Nut Cake (CP) — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 1.0 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
• 0.125 tsp Baking Soda
• 1.0 cup Water
• 2.0 Eggs

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and soda. Add water, eggs, and bananas. Beat 4 minutes on med speed of electric mixer. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 2 qt mold. Place on bottom of crock pot. Cover cake with 4 to 5 paper towels. Cover pot and cook on high for 2 or 3 hrs. Invert on cooling rack. Serve plain, dusted with powdered sugar, or drizzled with glaze.
