Banana Sour Cream Waffles

A home-style Banana Sour Cream Waffles made with Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Soda, and Salt. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Ingredients

• 1 cup
• 1/2 tbsp
• 1 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 1/4 tsp
• 1 cup
• 1/4 cup
• 1/4 cup

Method (preview)

   Sift together dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix together beaten egg yolk, sour cream, milk, butter and banana. Add to flour mixture, mixing well.

   Fold in whipped egg white, and pour into oiled waffle iron or oiled pan.

   Cook each side until brown.
