Ingredients

• 0.5 cup Water
• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 0.375 cup White Corn Syrup
• 1.0 tbsp Butter Oil Of Peppermint

   In a heavy saucepan put the water, sugar, corn syrup and butter. Cook over a moderate heat to 280: on a candy thermometer. Add the oil and the food coloring. Stir well and pour over the popped corn.
