Ingredients

• 0.5 head Meduim Cabbage
• 0.5 cup Water
• 1.0 tsp Pepper Flakes
• 2.0 tbsp Vinegar

Method (preview)

   Put all ingredients in 2 quart pot with tight fitting lid and simmer
