Ingredients

• 4.0 cup Wine Porto
• 6.0 cup Sugar
• 6.0 oz Liquid Pectin

Method (preview)

   Combine sugar and wine in large pan. Bring to a rolling boil (careful it boils up pretty high).

   Add pectin, bring back to a boil and boil 1 min.
