- 1.0 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Combine the basil and il in the bowl of a food processor or blender and

puree for 10 seconds. Transfer the mixture to a 1/2-pint Mason jar, cover,
and set aside for about 1 hour, until the basil settles to the bottom.
