BBQ Bob's Confetti Slaw

BBQ Bob's Confetti Slaw is built on Salad Dressing Salad Dressing, Red Wine Vinegar, and Sugar. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   In food processor, add cabbage, carrot, and red onion.

   Process until fine.

   Remove, set aside in large bowl.

   Dice peppers with a knife, fairly fine.

   Add to cabbage mixture.

   In food processor, add dressing ingredients.

   Process until smooth.

   Pour over cabbage mixture.

   Use your hands to mix the whole thing up.

    Serve. (Wash hands first!)
