   In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.

   Add soup, soy, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
