Beef and Pasta Salad #2 — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 6.0 oz Cooked Beef Top Round Steak Thinly Sliced
• 2.0 tbsp Italian Salad Dressing
• 2.0 tsp Chopped Parsley
• 1.5 cup Cooked Vermicelli Rinsed Amp Drained

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Combine beef, salad dressing and parsley, tossing lightly to coat. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight. To serve, place an equal amount of vermicelli on two dinner plates. Arrange an equal amount of beef strips in spoke fashion vermicelli. Cut tomato into thin slices; cut each slice in half. Arrange tomato slices on beef; sprinkle with onion. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
