Beef Cheese Ball

Beef Cheese Ball is a home-style recipe made with Small Chipped Beef, Cream Cheese, A Steak Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, and Whole Green Onions.

• 2.0 Small Chipped Beef
• 8.0 oz Cream Cheese
• 1.0 tsp A Steak Sauce
• 1.0 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

   Cream cheese must be soft. Chop the chipped beef up in blender or food chopper. Dice up onions by hand. Now combine half of the chopped beef with all the other ingredients. After mixing thoroughly, use the remainder of the chipped beef to wrap the cheese ball in. Let set 24 hours in refrigerator before use.
