Ingredientes

• 3.0 Spears Asparagus
• 3.0 slice Beef
• 2.0 tbsp Horseradish Toothpicks

Preparo (prévia)

   Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Blanch the asparagus in it for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Pat dry and set aside.

   Cut the roast beef into 2" x 2 1/2" squares.
