Beet Jellie

Beet Jellie is a home-style recipe made with Beet Juice, Pectin, and Lemon Juice. Serves 4.

Ingredientes

• 4.0 cup Beet Juice
• 1.0 pkg Pectin
• 0.5 cup Lemon Juice

   In large pan put beet juice, pectin and lemon juice. Bring to a rolling boil.

   Add 6 cups sugar. Boil 3 minutes. Put in jars. Seal. Wash beets real good.
