Beet Pickles

Beet Pickles is a home-style recipe made with Cooked Beets, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Juice.

Ingredientes

• Cooked Beets
• 1.5 cup Vinegar
• 3.0 cup Sugar
• 1.0 tsp Salt

   Note: Cover beets well with water, add handful salt. Boil till done. Peel and use the same juice. Slice the beets.

   Boil juice first. Then add beets. Let simmer 15 minutes. Seal in hot, clean jars. Pressure can 25 minutes for pints and 40 minutes for quarts at 10 pounds pressure.
