• 2.0 cup Fresh Cranberries
• 1.0 cup Orange Juice
• 0.3333 cup Sugar
• 1.0 lb Pork Sausage

   In a saucepan, combine cranberries, orange juice and sugar. bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Cool.

   Break sausage into small pieces over stuffing mix in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder. add celery, onion and egg beaten with water. Toss gently to mix.
