Method (preview)

   In top of double boiler, blend together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine with beaten eggs, 1-1/2 cups sour cream, raisins and lemon juice.

   Cook and stir over hot water until thick.

   Pour into baked pie shell.

   When cool top with remaining 1/2 cup sour cream.
