• 2.0 cup Bisquick
• 0.6667 cup Milk
• 2.0 Eggs

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   Brown ground beef, drain and set aside. Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs with fork. Mixture will be lumpy. Stir in cooked beef, onion and seasonings; spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered until top springs back when touched lightly in center, 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes. Return to oven and bake just until cheese is melted 1-2 minutes longer. Serve with taco sauce, sour cream or guacamole if desired
