Preheat oven to 375�F. Grease 2 baking sheets.

For Cookies: Mix sugar and butter until fluffy.Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add half of dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir lightly. Add milk and stir lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Combine just until mixed but do not overmix.
