Ingredients

• 3.5 cup Unbleached All Purpose Flour
• 4.0 Extra Large Eggs
• 0.5 tsp Olive Oil
• 1.0 oz Squid Ink Available In Speciality Food Shops

Method (preview)

1. 1

   Make a mound of the flour in the center of a large wooden cutting board.

   Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the eggs, oil and squid ink.
