Blackberry Peach Jam

Ingredients

• 3.0 cup Blackberries
• 2.5 cup Peaches
• 2.0 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 4.0 cup Sugar Sure Jel Light Pectin

Method (preview)

   Follow directions on pectin package. Pour hot jam into sterilized jars leaving �-inch headspace. Remove air bubbles using a non-metallic instrument. Apply lids that have been treated according to manufacturer�s directions. Process in a simmering hot water bath at 190 degrees F. for 10 minutes.

   Yield is about 6 cups.
