• 1.0 tbsp Sherry Vinegar
• 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
• 0.5 cup Buttermilk

   In a blender, crumble blue cheese. Blend with vinegar and mayonnaise. With blender running, slowly add buttermilk. Season with pepper.
