Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake - Quick w/Mix TNT

Make Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake - Quick w/Mix TNT at home with Yellow Cake Mix, Eggs, Milk, Vegetable Oil, and Sugar. Serves 16. Scale it up or down for the number of people at the table.

Method (preview)

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, sugar & almond extract.

   Beat on low speed to blend.

   Add cream cheese & beat on medium for 2 minutes.

   In small bowl, toss blueberries with flour to coat.

   Gently stir into batter.

   Pour batter into greased & floured 12 cup capacity Bundt cake pan & bake for 50-55 minutes or until done.

   Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto serving platter.
