• 2.0 lb Onions
• 3.0 cup Vinegar
• 2.0 cup Sugar

Method (preview)

   Mix jalapenos and onions together and cold pack into pint jars...may want to wear rubber gloves for this task. Place remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring till sugar is dissolved. Pour hot vinegar mixture into jars leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Add lids and rings. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
