   To those who would like to experiment with baking quickbreads in a clay pot, here are the "found" directions.

   Wash clay pot (approx.7" x 6") with warm water only. towel dry. Cover drain hole w/ small piece of aluminum foil. Grease inside of pot & lip with shortning.
